There probably should be a time frame per pick...and just let others go ahead and pick and when ever the person that is skipped checks back in he can go ahead and make his pick...just to keep things moving along....

I agree. I think a clock was mentioned at the beginning but never specified. I think we got off to a fairly good start so maybe they thought it wouldn't be needed...

I'd be fine with that... he has had plenty of time to pick, and 11-5 is usually a time most people can get on. Besides at this point teams are taken to complement the first team you drafted. I don't think there is a big value difference between some remaining teams.
