NLD 30 - Smell the glove!

Too early for me to complain about being 0-4 in 1-run games? Turn my way tide!

my obsevation from the sims and running leagues

Expensive LHBs under perform with the higher number of reverse LHPs such as Matt Cain et al pitching. The active relievers are reverse rated which likely ruins the mix

R leaning RHBs did better across the sims with 2R types being optimal.

Pitchers such as Dickey 4R+ are studs or duds.

I tried using several 2+ injury players and struggled to get the package to work when more than 2 hit the DL. Now that have 2 DLs and only one is a 1 chance injury type my worse injury scenario is alive and well

My gloves need more oil after yielding 11 unearned runs in one game!

Anyone notice that the first place teams played the majority of their games on the road?

A winning record on the road is usually key to achieving playoffs. :)

5-0 in one run games after twelve does not hurt either.

Great Game, but MAN sooooo darn close to seeing a perfecto. :(

Hey, I will buy you a tall glass of Franziskaner Weissbeir today and as much as you want.

Im in Lufthansa's Munich business class lounge. Offer expires at midnight your time :D

Glad I could broke the lid on the in-season free agent transaction box. I figure Micah Owings must be a decent player as Joe and Wineman kept Micah on the roster for a bit. Too many RHBs chewing up my relief corps so time to find another hard throwing RHP to keep everyone honest.

Sometimes I get seduced by BA and OB and don't get enough power. Even in a pitchers park you need some.

Series home runs - Diamond King - 14 Phanatics - 2

Hard to win when you give up 8 HR's in one game.
