I'll vote YES, it seems like a good compilation of all the discussion. I have to say I don't understand rule #4 at all...but it's such a minor issue and I trust it makes sense to you!

For leagues that don't play many seasons, that's probably not such a big deal -- for 10 seasons or more, though, that would drive me crazy. Even worse, the original seasons do not show the head-to-head results; they all need to be tabulated by hand.
