NO ACCESS TO LIVE DRAFT-AGAIN

Hey two in a row now. Guess Bernie went to bed real early tonight. :twisted:

I guess the beeper must have failed to go off too.

Wonder what this weeks excuse will be. Hey guys the draft works just fine.

What happens if we can't get in by 9pm?

Will the draft just not start or is it going to start auto-drafting teams?

We don't get in at all, unless and until Sleeping Beauty figures out that his beeper -tragically --didn't page him - again -and that we have a problem or he deigns to glance at these boards.

Given the oh so very recent live draft fiasco when we couldn't get in at all, one might have thought that a diligent employee might have checked in and made sure this one worked. But no...

It should be interesting to see if Mr. Richman is as tolerant of the ball being dropped so often around here as TSN has been.

Does the time get re-set? Do we get our credit back?

I really do not want to start a live draft much later than 9pm. I am up since 5:30am and just want to catch some zzzzz.

Here was the response from Mr. Hou the last time this occurred two weeks ago and 10+ hours after the failed draft.

Good morning,

Sorry guys, about last night. I'll be taking care of you guys as soon as I can today.

I went to bed at a reasonable hour last night, and tragically the system didn't page me. I'm looking into it.

But still, I agree with Don that the Live Draft is/was a failing, and I can't wait to move on from this implementation. We'll be exploring better options as soon as we can.

I'll continue to support it the best I can, while we're still on SportingNews.com, so don't be afraid to continue to enjoy it - it does work fairly reliably, despite last night.

But if you don't trust it, I'm not going to blame you. And I'm sorry for the troubles it has caused you.
