Some good points made so far, and modmark made a very good reply.
IMO you need at least 2 more LHB to start when you'r at home. IMO you should have 6-8 LHB starting when in a park like that. When using that park or one similar you also want to get a RHB that is good v. all pitching so as to not limit you too much in your righty lefty make up. I like to use a RH DH when using an extreme LH HR park.
As far as player suggestions, Brian Giles will do well in that park, hits RHP really really well. Johnny Callison does well to, and has a 0 inj card that hits LHP well, always a nice combo to have in a park like that. Goslin is another guy worth looking at, not much for D but can hit in a park like that esp. in a lower cap.
IMO the 20.6mil you have invested in Cobb & Walker might be better spent on 3 LH power bats, some as mentioned above and also a 7mil Ott, which is also 0 inj (Pinson, cheap Billy Williams as well), remember those 0 inj cards can add flexibility in not needing as many subs.
Playing in a park like that don't expect to see real impressive BA even from you're best guys though, you'll most likely win by slugging your way through.
