I know this sounds elementary, but everyone be sure and put ALL your Keepers and Draft Picks on your draft cards. Believe it or not people (even Vets) sometimes don't put all their picks on their cards because they don't fit their plan/strategy anymore.

Also, try and not put other people's picks on your cards either by checking the draft site to see if they are available.

If you do wind up somehow with another manager's player, please trade them back ASAP.

Put your 16 keepers on the bottom of your draft card as well.
