Fain/Palmerio

Fain/Palmerio

Thinking the expensive variety of Fain may be an awesome #2 hitter behind Rickey with some boppers to follow. Anyone use him. This is a theme league so the 1b choices are limited. Other option is Palmerio (7.66)

Oakland 78...the league is still filling.

I was thinking
Henderson 6.96
Fain 5.233?
Jackson 10.13
Howard 5.86
I Rod
Bando 6.37
G Baker
Weiss/Campenaris

I need to use Oakland and Texas players. Other option is Palmerio for Fain and Harrah for Bando, or other genius idea smart people may have

Since it's a theme league, come back after waivers and tell us what other ballparks you've got in your division, and how much lefty pitching you'll see. Who the other catchers are could also make a difference (i.e. would Harrah's ability to steal be of any value...obviously not if the other catchers in your division are Bench, Parrish, and Cochrane.) Fain would be fabulous batting behind Rickey, but only if you don't see too many lefty pitchers.

IMHO.
