In another league, the meaning of the language was decided to be that anyone who did not have major league experience prior to the current season was eligible. So someone who had signed such as Cespedes and Darvish were eligible since they had not played MLB yet but were signed with a team before the draft started.

I concur. If they're not taken now they will go in the supplemental draft so what's the dif.

I think I have now accounted for every propsect drafted last year and have them on rosters either as active or propsects,please check
