in the past you have distributed a FA list so that we were all working from the same spread sheet. Is that your plan for the upcoming draft or should we just make our own list ?

Only carded players are eligible for this draft, so coming up with an available players list isn't much of a problem in this league. I'll have a tab with the available uncarded players in the update.
Unfortunately, I've yet to get drops from Sykes or Hawk. And Hawk has been "missing" in action in several other leagues, so we are on hold until whenever they decide to join us

Only carded players are eligible for this draft, so coming up with an available players list isn't much of a problem in this league. I'll have a tab with the available uncarded players in the update.

Nythawk's status

Guys - I've just exchanged emails with Nythawk's wife. His absence is the result of a medical issue, and it may be a short time before he can rejoin us. Without going into details, it is a serious issue but the prognosis is good and he should be returning in the near future. Just when that will be isn't known right now.
I've assured Hawk's wife that our main concern is his well-being, and that his (and her) priority should be to take care of himself. I'm sure we'll all do what we can to cover for him in his absence.
We are going to stay on hold for the time being until we find out what's up with Sykes and get more info on Hawk.

Draft status

I'm going to suspend the draft for the time being. I still haven't heard back from Sykes (hope all's well there), and don't have a date when Hawk will return.
As soon as I get more information I'll pass it along. It may be that we'll need a replacement - either permanent or temporary - for one or both. If necessary I'll try and find a caretaker for Hawk until he's up to speed; without knowing more about Syke's absence I'm uncertain whether it will be necessary to find a replacement, but if we have to we'll find someone.
Your patience is appreciated, and all our best wishes to Hawk on his recovery.

Just an FYI -
Since we didn't fire like we were supposed to, all drops are still considered "unofficial."
So if you want to add/subtract/replace on your drop list feel free to do so. Just make sure you do it in a separate post, as I don't check back for edited posts in the past.
Also, I'm not sure what the deal is with Sykes. Seems like we went through this last year, and I believe I ended up replacing him in another league.
Anybody know him or have contact with him? I've just got a home email address, with no response to repeated emails.
If we need to replace Sykes we should do it before Hawk get backs so we'll be ready to go when everyone's around. Anyone know anybody itchin' to get into a keeper without prospects?
