Which only has been cemented in the last month - as well as other things in other players taken since the draft restart. Kudos to Smitty for being the only guy to recognize this and shame on "anyone else" that criticized and flamed one (namely me) for suggesting the inherent problem with having froze the draft instead of restarting. No worries though, it will all be moot in the end.

I'm in desparte need of a long term solution at 1b as my stockpile of them for next year has withered and died on the vine. I'm willing to give up my upcoming prospect pick plus a prospect pick next year and perhaps other compensation to be worked out to fill this GAPING hole in my roster for next year. I'm not necessarily looking ofr an all-star, but would like someone who could fill the void on more than a stop gap basis.
If you have an extra 1b, and many of you do, and are interested, please let me know.
