Prior to the supplemental draft I will be promoting Tom Wilhelmsen (acquired via special compensation for last year's supplemental draft). I will drop Brian Matusz to stay in compliance.

We will begin the supplemental draft after the changeover to the Strat-O-Matic site. Please wait until that shakes out to announce your drops. Here is the supplemental draft order and divisions for Season 2:

1) A Supplemental Free Agent draft of up to 3 rounds will be held between seasons 1 and 2 of each calendar year.
2) All owners must announce their roster drops (up to 3) prior to the Supplemental draft.
3) There is no clock for Round 1 of each Annual Free Agent draft. All subsequent rounds will operate with a 3 hour clock between 10 AM and 10 PM Eastern Time. There will be no clock on the weekends
4) Supplemental Free Agent drafts are non-sepentine; Supplemental Free Agent draft order is the reverse of the previous season's regular season record.
5) There is no clock for Round 1 of the Supplemental Free Agent draft. All subsequent rounds will operate with a 3 hour clock, Monday through Friday. There will be no clock on the weekend..
6) The Supplemental Free Agent draft is only 3 rounds. Owners with less than a full roster may use the Supplemental Free Agent Draft to get back to a 40 man roster provided they can do it within 3 rounds. There will never be more than 36 picks made in the Supplemental draft.
7) Only those players who were issued SOM cards for the current season and appear on TSN’s website are eligible for the draft (players carded in the "Unleashed" set are not available for draft) .
