I have logged into this new site several times and even saved the password in the browser...now it doesn't work. This new site looks like a kid right out of high school did it...hopefully when they redo it it has a little more professionalism...resetting password now...

Well when I type in my e-mail address it says I am not registered. WTF!Sent off an e-mail to support, I have not received anything from Strat, no password reset, nothing from support and they want $2 a minute to call them.

Patience. It's a big move. By next week, we will move this online strato from the 20th century to the 21st century. This is a great move. Everything will be working fine. Just make sure you set up the SOM site account with the same email that is attached to the TSN site. No issues.

Hopefully some time tomorrow I should have the results back from our user account matching, at which point I'll know exactly which Strat-O-Matic.com user account your teams will be going to.

I'm also consulting with the programmer over at Strat-O-Matic.com on our plan to assist those of you with individual problems. When the time comes, I'll post the proper way to contact us in that event; be prepared to give us specific details on what your issue is (e.g. you're not getting the temporary login email; it says your email address isn't found, etc.). I'll have you covered.

For those who are posting about issues, it's understandeable to be aggravated but maybe wait a few days before you start with the histironics and name calling. The transition was announced several weeks ago, and is not supposed to be completed until Monday at the earliest. If things are still messed up then (and you don't get help from SOM) then maybe start complaining but for now save it. Seems like Bernie is doing everything possible to help everybody. I've just been given access to manipulate Strat-O-Matic.com user accounts; I went into yours and saw that you had apparently made a typo ("gurdian") in your email address. Could you try requesting a new password/link again and please let me know if it works?

If it does, then I'll be able to invite anyone else with login issues to submit your private inquiries.
