At first I didn't know what grass you guys were talking about. My window is set to be smaller. You can click and drag the edge of your open window, narrowing it until the grass is not visible.

Not sure but I think that will give you an idea of what leagues are out there. Then draft your new team and when you get to the join league option hopefully those available leagues will appear.
