Update

Postby bernieh » Tue Jun 19, 2012 11:56 am

We'll be resuming Waivers tomorrow, Wed. June 20, for any leagues whose Waivers deadlines were supposed to be on Saturday (6/16), Sunday (6/17), Monday (6/18), Tuesday (6/19), or Wednesday (6/20), [b:14f978c352]with the deliberate and cautious procedure outlined here[/b:14f978c352]. Please read the outline carefully to be prepared. We will also be following this same procedure on Thursday for leagues whose Waivers deadlines are scheduled for Thursday.

And, fwiw, we're still aiming to resume games this week (TBD), if everything cooperates.

I love The Rivs, he's good people.

During my downtime, Checked out APBA

Used to play ABPA as a kid, any feedback on their computer versions? I don't think they have an online version. I don;t think APBA is as statistically correct as Strat, but was I addicted to that game as a kid

I played APBA for about 10 years, it's not as good/detailed/accurate of a game as Strat. Their customer service was much better however and although it has been awhile, the online play options for individual leagues were better. However, I don't think there's anything like what we are doing here with SOM Online. If there is, let me know as I would be interested.

After further review, it would appear as though the sky is definitely NOT falling. Thanks Bernie...keep at it for us.
