Sorry for the delay gents. I was out of town for work and just got back.

I would like to propose a buffer period for future drafts between the first round and the timed rounds. Say -

Round 1 no clock
1 day off before Round 2, which always begins at a specified time.
All timed rounds following on the usual clock.

So, if round 1 ends on a Monday, round 2 cannot begin until Wesnesday morning.

Just a Thought for future drafts:)

A good thought.
Maybe not a full day but maybe the 3 hr clock doesn't start until the 1st pick in the 2nd round is made? I would like a clock in the 1st round even if it is 24hrs. Or assigned times that people know well in advance.

I'm open to whatever -- maybe at least the clock wouldn't start until the following morning after the first round is complete. That would give managers at least until 1 PM ET to check into the ILC to that day to see if the draft round had started. That doesn't seem onerous to me. But maybe Left Coasters feel different?

@Rosco I like time slots, but we'd need to have all managers check in prior to the draft to be sure they know it has started. By the time we get that, we might as well just have no clock in the first round.

Someone propose something and we can put it up to a vote.

I can't find it in the official rules but this was posted on page 2. I'm fairly certain we have not run a 24hr clock in the past. Based on this I would say the clock in on from 10am to 10pm est.

I'm going to hold off on drafting until 1300est. I know it delays the draft further but I think based on the 1000-2200 clock that would be the time Terry would have to draft. If he has not drafted by then we would be basically back to where we should be (I think). :?

Just FYI, I know I'll be out of pocket from 12:45-3 or 4 and driving from 5-6 today.
