Basically sschu, the worst team in the league is out. The champion gets to pick the next league format. ie: waivers/frenzy, dh/no dh, 80/100 mil etc, auto draft/live draft. The best record in the league gets to invite the replacement manager. That's it.

80 mil, no dh, waivers...like a regular auto-league. Order of entry is not important.
