Stealing

Is there an electric cattle prod option that I'm missing. My boys aren't stealing enough. I've got the individual and manager options clicked. My players all have AA, A and 1 B(Bench) ratings. I think a little bolt of electricity from the 1st base coach's electirc cattle prod would be wondeful. Is there anything else I can do?

Lets see the team Fluffy . It may be that the catchers on the other teams have arms and the pitchers hold rating is keeping your boys in check too . Do you have basestealing set at aggressive?
