Calling all Iron League, Avocado League, Justice League, etc

Also, let's at most go 24 rounds (23 rounds and a stadium) so we don't have to wait on people picking two minimum salary players that they are going to drop anyway.

I like al's idea for theme, and ofcourse he already has the most creative team name. then again, you'd expect some kind of aquatic theme from the "skipper" i'd probably stay on this side of the gulf with some tribute to mississippi, la, or alabama, or hurricane reference.
need to also arrive at a consensus on the draft.
does compromise of first two rounds, no clock, one round per day, then on to penn's sight with four hour windows, 9am to 10 pm estn, no clock on weekends work for this ownership group?
I also agree 24 rounds including stadium, 23 players is plenty. would like to draft atleast 16=20.

I'm good w/ 24 rounds on the PG site, and will start thinking about team names. Perhaps Condoleeza's New Shoes.....

Let's start rustling the other people up! I'll email my brother, Mark....

Okay, well I can do more than 1 pick a day, but I would have to make them from home after work, like I said I cannot really draft during the day. Can we make a concession for those of us who HATE proxies and cannot draft at work that if our turn comes up during the day we have until 5 or 6pm EST to make the pick (gives up time to get home and pick). This way we can certainly get a few rounds done each day. All I ask is a little flexibility on time limits so we can all enjoy an actual live draft  .
Also, I thought in previous posts we were discussing a 15 or 16 rd live draft and the rest autodraft.

In previous drafts, this group has gotten pretty nasty when the draft holds up because someone hasn't put in enough proxies. It might not be the best league for someone who HATES proxies in capital letters.

I don't know that the number of rounds has been firmly decided upon. In the past, the later rounds have tended to move pretty fast, but that's because we all tend to load up lots of proxies. (Instead of putting them all in the autodraft, we load, say, 10 rounds worth of picks in Penngray's site.)

It's certainly more important to do lots of live-draft rounds when we do NL-only or AL-only and HAL can give you guys in the wrong league when you do an autodraft.

I'm okay w/ 16 rounds (including unique stadium) for a mixed league draft.

We need 6 more players, though, before anything else happens!

I like the idea of fewer rounds, and let autodraft do it's thing. The whole drafting thing is nice, but it takes so much time.
