This is less interesting now that there's $100M team caps available, but here it is anyway. With the exception of two teams, you can afford to buy any full 1969 ML roster with $80M (and Minnesota just barely breaks $80M):

[code:1:533e20382a]BAL $94,160,000
MIN $81,520,000
PIT $76,140,000
NYM $75,630,000
SF $70,150,000
DET $67,520,000
ATL $67,070,000
CIN $66,140,000
STL $65,960,000
NYY $63,610,000
BOS $60,840,000
OAK $60,720,000
LA $60,070,000
WAS $59,000,000
HOU $58,110,000
CHC $57,670,000
KC $54,880,000
SEA $54,250,000
CAL $51,810,000
CHW $49,910,000
PHN $44,810,000
MON $42,910,000
CLE $41,230,000
SD $38,920,000[/code:1:533e20382a]
