First Wrigley team, help needed.

This is my first Wrigley team and it started off really badly. Going about 10-18 I think. Things are beginning to look up now. I dumped Nevin and his bad defence and Alfonzo at third to allow Manny to DH nad ora to play 3B. I still think I have too many RHB but I am mostly facing RHP in my league, only 4 LHP in my league and about 11 RHP. SO I want a bit of advice on my pitching. Apart from Sheets all mine have losing records. I'm not sure about the best way to proceed.

Any ideas?

as pitchers with R balance

Burnett
Drese
and Thomson as even pitchers.

I already have a hard leftie but obviously don't want to use him at home vs lots of RHB and also have Reverse leftie Zito.

I also like Alvarez as a reverse LH.
