Anyone wanna share top 5 picks?

I'm in Shibe and had:

Petrocelli (#1)
Andrews (#2)

I'm pretty sure that Buford, Santo, Oliva, and Stottlemyre were 3-6, although I can't remember the exact order.

Coffeeholic, you worried about middle defense?

:P

I never in a million years would have thought that Mike Andrews would be a #2 pick. 1969 has changed my world.

I had Petrocelli #1 too :(

I can't remember the order of the rest. Epstien, Sims, Carty, Bonds were up there.

Playing in the Met.

I got Rico in my first 69 draft.....after looking over his card I am severely disappointed.

ATG2 has spoiled me ..... In this league I did get a ONE at 2B ...the rest of my defense is just plain dreadful.....so please everyone ....all ground balls need to go to 2B..... Flyballs to Yaz in left.....and if you must as a 2nd choice...Kaline in right.... please avoid 3b and CF

LOL PJ!

Actually, more concerned about the lack of depth at middle IF positions.

Yeah Rob, anyone who plays ATG exclusively will need to re-examine their outlooks on quality players. A great example is that I've always found it humurous that Doran gets such a bad rap in ATGII. If he were available in this game I'm pretty sure he'd be a consistent #1 pick.

I played exactly ONE non ATG league.... after my credits are gone for 69... its back to ATG for me ....

I think I should try all the games at least once though.... but I figure all the older games that I am so far behind the learning curve that it would be a severe waste of time and money to try them ... like the 80's game or 2003...etc.

At least here its new to everyone.... that doesn't mean that the guys used to one season leagues don't have a tremendous advantage, but the cards are all new at least.
