All right here's MY final say on the matter.

Blame me.

I am the one who said at the start of this draft and repeated it after, that any player with a SOM card from the previous season was eligible to be drafted.

I know some of you were relying on Penn's site for that info (and that for our "pre-season" draft of 2005 we used his site) but for THIS draft I stipulated that any player with a SOM card from 2005 (ie; any player that had an AB or IP in 2004) was eligible to be drafted.
Thus, Blanton IS eligible to be drafted.

I am sorry for the confusion it may have caused but I tried to be clear as possible at the start.

I honestly thought that Penn's site had ALL the players who had a SOM card issued but apparently that was not the case. Like I said earlier though, he had a few other mistakes (like Dave Bush) on it as well, as it was a site he created before even the TSN card set was released.

I have not referred to it since our original draft. Regardless however, I did state at the start of the supplemetal draft just who was available or not.

PLEASE, let's just get the final few picks of this Supplemental Draft done so we can move on.

I will MAKE SURE that we are all clear on who can be drafted in the upcoming 2006 Pre-Season draft and have figured out a way to create a list that will contain every player who is ELIGIBLE to be drafted and will include their eligible position and/or Endurance/Closer Ratings.

Because as Blueiguana pointed out we will be using a different set of add/drops for each player we probably will not be able to use a revised edition of Penn's site for this draft which is why I will be generating as detailed a list as I can (which will take me some time), but I will NOT be doing so unless we can move on and finish this supplemental draft, so PLEASE, let us move on!!!
