How do you know

If your pitchers are becoming fatigued.

In one league ATG II
I'm having success with only three relievers doing the work in one league, but I'm concerned that they might become fatigued- how will I know?

In a 1969 League, HAL is using one of my starters(I have a five man rotation) in relief. I am concerned that he won't be fresh when he starts- should I be concerned with that?

While some may disagree, I don't believe there is pitcher fatigue factor beyond what is shown on the pitcher's card.

In other words, the innings pitched and/or pitches thrown do not enter into the players performance. His fatigue factor shown on his card does.

@ -- Indicates the reading is changed to SINGLE** if the pitcher is fatigued. A starting pitcher becomes fatigued when 1) the game has reached the pitcher's endurance number in innings, and he gives up either 3 hits and/or unintentional walks in the same inning, or 4 hits and/or unintentional walks over 2 consecutive innings, or 2) he gives up 5 runs in any one inning, 6 runs over 2 consecutive innings, or 7 runs over 3 straight innings. A relief pitcher............................. unfortunately the explanation in the rules ends their . I do believe though its something like this : RP become fatigued if they pitch in more than 2 games in a row . Does this help ?

Can you provide a link to that team where one of your rotation is being used in relief?

Fluffy on one of my 2 -2006 teams I've been battling a glitch in the programming for 2 weeks now . Hal has been changing my pitching staff around at will . 2 nights ago Hal had Huston Streets start a game . I've sent numberous messages to Bernie of TSN . He replied at 1st but haven't heard from him in a while now . Go to the suggestions area of the boards and post about it there . I would check and see before each nights games who you have scheduled to pitch and then check it afterwards to see if they actually did . Did your team waiver on time ? The league I 'm having trouble with started out waivering 3 hours late and its been one problem after another since. When 11PM CT passes , is your series pitching match ups listed? In my league when the match ups aren't listed after they should be , then Hal changes the rotation .

Stamina

Postby CHRISTIANSTOUGH » Thu Apr 13, 2006 8:02 pm

I don't really mind HAL using my starters in relief, unless it's affecting my pitchers stamina. I put Taylor back in my rotation and put Palmer out, so lets see what happens; I'm only 9 games into the season.

The way I have my rotaion set up, if HAL follows it, then there are only 3 relievers available, unless he plucks from my starters, this may acount for the useage of Taylor; I'm just not sure if it effects his performance
