Not radical themes where the hitter or pitcher pool is limited where things like that would skewer the records.

What exactly is the theme ?

The only problem here is - the minimum I am accepting for RP wins is 17, so Quiz doesn't qualify for the books. Tell him to try again next year. - MM :)
