06' Top 15 Theme league

Spinoff of our bottom 15 league need 1 possibly 2 managers. Rules: 100mil---DH--Waivers. Top 15 W/L records are divided into equal divisions of 5 teams each. Lotto for team draft pick. Once the 4th team in each particular division is selected the remaining team for that division is eliminated and will become part of the free agent pool. Once all 12 managers have selected a team we will do a serpentine draft starting with the last manager to pick a team and work it's way up. 3 rounds of free agent draft with the 3 teams not selected as the free agent pool....Each team must use it's stadium and use its original name or sometype of Spud close... Each team will have a maximum of 3 free agents from the pool....The remaining free agents from the 3 teams not selected are available ALL year for pickup by anyone..including someone dropped by another team...The divisions are divided as follows:

East:
Chicago White Sox 99-63
Boston Red Sox 95-67
NY Yankees 95-67
St Louis Cardinals 100-62
LA Angels 95-67

Central:
Cleveland Indians 93-69
Atlanta Braves 90-72
Philadelphia Phillies 88-74
Oakland A's 88-74
Houston Astros 89-73

West:
San Diego 82-80
Florida Marlins 83-79
NY Mets 83-79
Minnesota Twins 83-79
Texas Rangers 79-83 ***

There they are---come and join a great group of managers who interact and are alot of fun to play with..We are now in the process of the bottom 15 team league and it is VERY competitive..Like I said we need 1 maybe 2 so if interested sign in as an alternate after the 1 spot is filled. Please enter your lotto state and maybe we can fill and lotto tonite and do our draft tommorow and start our FA draft afterwards.

**Texas does not have the 15th best record (Wash & Mil were 81-81, but Texas was overlooked in the bottom league so put them in here. Don't think it'll make much difference though) Come one come all---everyone invited CAUTION: If you are one of those managers who do not like to interact and recieve messages---This league Is NOT for you.. These managers have a ton of championships and have played several theme league together with some surprizing results---I guarantee you it will be one of the better leagues you have been in.

Nice job Larry! By the way, how come your brother never jumped into one of these leagues? We named a league after him, so I thought he would at least give it a shot. :) I hope he and the family are getting close to going back to a normal life. 8)
BTW, Doctor Tax is in the middle of crunch time, so if he doesn't respond the 3 or 4 days, it's because his brain is fried. He did help me find a way to write off my goldfish as dependents and my meth lab as a small business expense. Doc Tax is a genious. I can now afford more SOM teams.

I've tried my best to get him in but just not intersested I guess..Oh well--I think he and another brother are coming to SC to visit me next month--I plan on showing him the whole strat thing then and maybe get us another sucker!!LOL

I don't know why I take DC often for lotto drafts as I am not from there at all. I guess because I started using it because I thought it was interesting that they had their own lottery. After all how many people live there as compared to a normal state? It has treated me right most of the time though so I keep using it!

I had posted this Bret Myers No-Hitter, 1 Walk, 14 strikeouts in one of our leagues. This is an oddity for me. I've never been this close to a perfect game in thousands and thousands of games of strato. :shock:

Sounds like a very interesting theme league. Do you still need a player? If I am needed to fill out your league I would choose PA for the lotto.
