We will use tonight's Lotto numbers with highest to lowest and I will set everything up on Penn's site tomorrow morning. The 3 hour clock will not start until after the first round has been completed and not before Monday.

Any questions please let me know. Take full advantage of Penn's proxies. If you have any questions on this his site has a great description of how proxies work.

Questions

Postby MIKEPOINTER » Sat Apr 15, 2006 2:15 pm

I would like some of the items I mentioned above clarified.
1. How many rounds. I would prefer at least 20 or even 24.
2. I'm guessing it includes unique stadiums.
3. The clock through the week would run from when to when?
4.Is trading of picks and/or players allowed during the draft. Must it be an even exchange? For example I couldn't trade 2 picks or players for 1 pick or player.

I know, lots of questions but I've seen lots of differing ideas on what is "standard" that p@#$^es people off later.

Good questions, 20 rounds is plenty with unique stadiums as pick number 21, I usually see 15 plus a stadium but will go with your 20 round request.

3 hour runs each day from 8 EDT through 10 EDT and I see no reason not to continue the 3 hours on the weekend unless someone really objects. Clock will not start until first round is done.

Trading of picks are allowed and they must be one for one and trading picks will not eliminate your time on the clock waiting for a trade to happen.

I think that answers all your questions, if not let me know.

To be fair, it should be an even number of rounds and you should be able to select a stadium at any time. So maybe 20(19 players and a stadium)?
just my 2 cents.

Personally I'd rather see the 15 live and the rest auto. How about a vote on this?

My preference is 20 rounds, if the draft runs smoothly (relative term). If not we should shorten it to allow team entry on Thursday and Friday of the final draft week.

We still need a state from Arkinal. May I suggest OK since those are the last two letters in his post. Now, does Oklahoma have a lotto? If not give him a state that borders OK. Like Oregon or Georgia.
