First Coors Team: any comments?

I think there are better options behind the plate than IRod.
Closser is a good fit for Coors. You could go more expensive with Mauer or cheaper, and get some decent OB with Navarro.

Not crazy about T. Martinez, Beltre or Duffy. (Unless Duffy is gonna lead off maybe?)

Cabrera needs to play 3rd.

ARod while having a sick card, is really expensive. Money needs to be spent elsewhere...

I like Walker and Floyd.

Pitching:
If there are enough lefty bats out there, Escobar AND Lee could get lit up.
Loaiza, Moyer and Hernandez prolly need to go. (There are better values out there with less to no BPHR's on their cards).

The pen is OK, but could use another R2 arm in place of an R1 arm.

Arod, Floyd and Cabrera will rock-but your 2 OBP players- Mauer and Duffy have limitations- Duffy will get hurt often, Mauer will only hit righties..perhaps better to get some cheap catchers who hit dingers- like a schneider/molina platoon. Heilman/Ryan are good choices-if you keep those starting pitchers then you'll need a 3rd great reliever. I dont like lee/escobar in coors- better to go with cheapies that dont have BP HRs- like small, millwood and the like.

grab Giambi- he'll be on base all the time for Arod and the others to drive in

Uhg I hae Giambi,

W powered guys really shouldn't be used unless absolutely necessary at Coors. That's why duffy is a bad fit. Lee has BP HR's vs both L and R and really has no place in Coors.

Giambi would be a good fit for Coors- not for many other parks. out of the pitchers you mentioned I like Small and Seo for Coors-

Sweeney is a DH, not a 1B. He's a 5 there...

Why not change your Dh then? Pick up my fav leadoff DH platoon, Garabito/E Young!

Then pick up a better 1b/CF. At least that would be a better offense IMO. But I think your pitching could still use much work.

btw, I think Ryan is overpriced for an R1. I'm using Heilman as my setyp and closer, avoid before 7th, slow hook and he has been awesome so far, in Coors.

My Coors team (with the above mentioned DH platoon):
