Love Your rotation---Looks good IMO..I think your pen may struggle to keep a lead in close games--Myself I would add either a stud setup guy or closer to pitch a ton of innings. The one thing that jumped out at me with your offense is you are slated to the right big time..You don't have any regulars that are slanted to the left. If I were playing this team I would start LH Pitchers against you.. Those are just my thoughts and I kind of suck at this so don't take them to literal....

Its not a bad staff at all except to many BPHR's (#) . Check out this staff here . Most of the parks in the league are pitchers parks .

I went a different route.....

Strong pitching and defense in this hitter park.......

Team is +7 (44-37) but even is run differential.

Here is the link

http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/2006/team/team_other.html?user_id=659

Also, check out the GREAT, CHEAP, platoon at DH, Anderson and Gomez. Also, again, please note the 3B platoon, of McPherson and Lowell.

I have 2 hitters that are severly struggling. I am waiting them out, and, honestly, will do nothing about it. Their defense is too huge to let go. They are Jones and Ichiro. Hoping that their bats come around soon, I could use them. Everett at SS is just there for the glove, and his BA/OBP is of no concern.

My top 4 SPers are really solid, my spot start of 5th in the rotation is severly underperforming, but, I will deal, as I dont see much better options when taking the cap hit. My team is constructed soundly, and, if my only concern in pitching is the 5th spot, well, so be it. I am not going to trade away a needed piece of the puzzle to try and get a starter close to .500 in the 5-hole.

Matheny at catcher is REALLY underpriced. A great value for what he can do for a pitching staff.

Sexson is a lil light in the BA, but he's not there for singles.

Graffy at 2nd base is a lil weak of the glove, but his .274/.350 is nice for 3.75 or so to go along with that e10 of his. The 3 range kinda sucks, but, defensively, I will take one bad position. (highly needed mind you, but had to sacrifice somewhere I guess)

3b is AWESOME

SS, Again, def, not bat

LF, not sure what to think of Cocoa, but, teams doing fine, so will not search too long for an answer

CF, Jones, hmmm, again, just hafta wait it out for his bat to warm up, hopefully, soon.

RF, Ichiro, see above

Dh, just as impressive as 3b platoon

Bench, fora buck, Hairston's bat of the bench is huge, Womack pinch runner, Cedeno at backup up the middle has NO GLOVE, but his bat is sweet.

backup catcher, I should get another besides Stinnett, and carry 3, but I just love that BP HR on a 7 against Righties. That minus 20 is just a glaring green light, but, alas, cant have it all.

I hope some of this helps, good luck in your quest.....

ive got a team doing pretty well in rogers centre, nice semi-hitters park that's not TOO generous. agree with earlier post, WAY to lhb. you've got NO ONE to keep lhp honest. also thin at backup infield, since betencourt can go down for fifteen, and your only option would be lopez to ss and bring cabrera in from the outfield. duffy's also an injury risk, so sullivan's nice to have, but a bit redundant. id look into swapping out jenkins for a lefty killer bat, or atleast get one for a platoon somewhere.

looking one more time, i'd say your bench is too thin. hard to carry 13 position players with key 15-game injury guys in sweeney, duffy, and your ss.

You've got Chris Gomez.

Consider the title yours, fm. 8)

Seriously, I kinda agree with the comment about the BPHR's and your staff from above. BUT you do have pitcher's parks in your division. Any other SP's out there that are tougher on righties than lefties?

Dumping Correia saves you some $. It's only $.14 but a $.50 SP is what you need.

Not having much luck with Martinez (C) in another league. Been thinking about platooning him...

Lopez @ SS or DH?

lhb in my division

rhb who are stronger vs rhp in my division

You're gonna use Sweeney, a 5, @ 1B?
Geez, talk about testicular fortitude... :o :o

This team "might" be susceptible to a hard LH.

I'd downgrade Martinez to Navarro or a platoon and upgrade Sweeney to Sexson.

You're kinda rolling the dice here with alot of 15 game injury guys. :?
