Personally, I always set it up at second inning, except when playing in Coors field with a bad pitching staff.
The reason I don't put inf in right off the first inning is to make sure that my pitcher will not pitch only one inning. As you know, a pitcher becomes fatigue if he allows five runs in one inning, and because a team starts the game with its best line-up, the biggest risk to give away five runs in one inning is the first inning.
Other than that first inning, I prefer to play aggressive and all in. I don't want to give free runs.
