might be interesting as long as total number of HOFers remains the same.. by that I mean HOF and Negro league becoming a combined HOF set...
waiting to hear teh Commish jump in and see where any of this fits into his plans ..

I'd rather do another year, but replaying the '75 wouldn't be all that bad. The new HOF set sounds interesting too.
Some rule changes might make it a little different too. I'd like to try to turn on injuries and eliminate any usage usage limitations.
(To me, having injuries along with usage limitations makes no sense. The obvious strategy then is play your star players up to their usage without any rest to ensure that you get the full benefit from the players. Not very realistic, IMO. To me it's either no injuries/usage limits or injures/no usage limits.)
I'd also like to try allowing everyone to adjust their rosters before every game, but placing a limit on the number of transactions for each player.
Getting more players would also be good.

Toisan has asked me to take back the reigns of Commish and I have agreed to do so.
We need to start discussing our next season. We had a couple of options for a keeper league...
1. Start with 1911 and replay each of the Super Advanced seasons through a certain season (1911, 1920, 1927, 1930, 1934, 1941, 1948, 1950, 1954-1957, 1959-1968, 1975, 1978, 1985-Present
2. Or just select a group of years ie 1959-1968

I'm in favor of a group of consecutive years, so that the keeper players have greater authenticity. I'm not so sure I like the idea of QB 1st 6 innings, but as long as the option exists for managers to mutually agree to play the whole game out then I can live with it.

I'd like to also consider playing using the 2005 rosters with the keepers going to the 2006 set. I have no preference really on the year or years though. As always I like to incorporate as many rules as possible
I agree with mo on the quickplay. Most managers play pretty quickly but if both mangers agree no problem with me.
