Pete Rose in Forbes?

Pete Rose in Forbes?

Postby XerXes » Wed Apr 19, 2006 8:15 pm

I've got a serious lack of offense...my drafting is the main culprit, but Rose shares some of the blame. After 48 games, he's hitting an aenemic .176 BA/.250 OBP/.231 SLG. Does he have an offensive burst on the way, or is it time to cut him?

Same question for Furillo... .249/.270/.432

Pete seemed to be a steady performer in atg1, but in atg2, he has been very hit or miss.

Furillo is kind of the same, but is easier to justify his occassional poor seasons with that CANNON of his!

I have given him 3 tries and he has been pathetic twice and so-so
once. All small ball teams. Have a team in the playoffs still alive
despite his .056 BA through 6 playoff games. Good luck with him. :?

Rose needs to bat in the 5 or 6 hole. He has been effective for me there. Furillo should come around.
