I belive that is the combined players for ONE person. You are all selecting cheapies, but it could be two higher priced guys as long as their combined salery is less than 9 million.

Example- You cannot assign Nolan Ryan and Kevin McReynolds to me as thier salary combgined exceeds 9m. You could assign Mickey Rivers and Dennis Rasmussen though. Yes. Each person assigns less than 9m. I need to draft a legal 80m roster, so I have to have a bit of flexibility.
Anybody else can take any park they want BTW.
Just wanted to have a frenzy and this seemed like a good way to do it.
