has anyone ever used this guy as a starting pitcher? Any success? I Liked him initially, but am starting to have second thoughts. My other ideas are Honeycutt, proly or Rosema.

His '86 card is good. I'd post stats, but you can probably figure out that '86 his a decent card. Other than that, he might be OK as an expensive situational LHP.

Got lucky and got the 1.03 WHIP ('86) card. He was my best starter down the stretch, though the team didn't do it. He's skewed towards lefties in all the other years, and would be a bit of a gamble as a SP. I'd use him as a spot start (if not '86 year) against heavy lefty teams, and leave him in pen with "avoid RH's" set.

Cey had quite the quarter season for that team, didn't he? He got injured the last 15 games or something like that, so I couldn't get over the hump.
