Can any vet's help me figure out how to set my bullpen settings correctly? If I set up a pitcher for mop up,does that mean they will only be brought in when I'm getting killed? How do I make sure my LH specialist doesn't pitch to RH's half (or more) of the time?
Should I change my settings depending on my opponent or the park I'm in that night?

Yes, but mainly against extreme teams. Example:
Let' say you carry 2 hard lefties in your pen, that you normally have set to "QUICK HOOK/AVOID RIGHTIES", but you are facing a big time left handed PNC Park team at his ballyard. In this case you want to free up these lefties and remove the settings. If they are good, you may even want to go "SLOW HOOK".
When I am facing reverse righties or lefties, it makes sense to me to move some bats one or two spots in the order. Nothing drastic though.
