That 3 round free agent draft was a lot of fun! :D I wish we would have done that in the bottom 15 league too.

I liked it too. In fact I wouldn't mind doing a little different version-------Lotto for stadium and div alignment--Top 4 are in east--middle 4 in central-bottom 4 in west--All teams available--6 round serpentine draft--after 6 rounds fill out your draft clique for remaining players..Would be pretty interesting-you would know the other teams in your div/ and their park and could draft accordingly. Sound intriging to anyone?? :D

Sounds intriguing. You guys are getting creative with league ideas. Let me know when we do the Ethnic Background League. East: Black Players only, Central: Hispanic Descent, West: White Players only. We will take the players from other countries (Korea and Japan, etc.) and hold a 2 round serpentine draft for those players to round out the teams. :shock: :shock:
Sound racial? nah. Just going off an owner in the 2004 season who only drafted players with hispanic sounding names. He had 4 Rodriguezes on one of his teams in the league I was in. he said neither of his teams did that well so he scrapped that idea. Strange way to spend $50!

How about this idea... I was in one similar to this.
How about pick a team and draft anyone who has ever played on that team. i.e. Randy Johnson could be drafted by Yanks, Mariners, Expos/Nationals. We could do auto, live, sepentine what ever.

This was a blast. You do have to keep stadium your team is in. The only strange item was if the players first year on the team was this year, you could not pick him.. i.e. Damon could not play for the Yanks.


Just another thought. I am in non matter what we decide :!: :!:
