Feedback wanted for a McAfee Team

Pre-waivers. I draft last. My division: 2 Petcos and a Safeco. Others- 2 PNCs, 2 MMs, 2 Citicen Banks and 1 other mcAfee.

just finished waivers on a macafee team myself, keep in mind it's 100m dollar league, but it's quite a bit different from yours.

not sure how you got pujols AND arod, but obviously that's huge in mcafee. imo, WAY too much lh pitching and relief. I also have ohman and flores, but wagner's a waste of money, you need hard rh closer, and rh starters that lean more against rhb. HAL gave me carvajal too, I assume he and mays were not draft choices, but if you're going last in waivers, you must have gotten most of the guys you wanted.to

You're looking good gj, watch out for those GbAs, I think you're a bit high on them right now. I'm struggling a bit wit my McAfee team right now so I won't make any suggestions, just watch out for loading up so heavily on DP guys.

Add more *RHSP, power RH RP's and at least one more legit RH power hitter. Need significantly upgrade at C, SS & RF. Choose either Pierre or DeJesus, you don't need both for as speedy, weak armed lefty CF's only. Keeping Pierre, who is underrated, would free up additional payroll to upgrade other areas of need. McCarthy is good, but I'd look for solid *RHSP. A righty power hitter/solid D RF would help.

For what it's worth, here's my effort at McAfee. I think I am overachieving right now, but it may give you some ideas. (It's a live draft theme league-with Angels, Bank One, and Petco in my division)

My 2 cents here...

If I'm seeing the FA's right from your league ID...

I'd look to grab Zambrano. He could be lights out in your park AND the 2 Petco's.
Other SP's I'd consider: Burnett, Patterson, Contreras, Harang and Lowry. You prolly need to grab a LHSP that is tough on lefties with the Safeco in your division.

I'd also look to improve my RP. You can afford to not use sub $1 million RP's when you are in a $100 million league.

Hitting:
I am using Navarro alot and getting great results from him. But not alot of power. Barajas is available and I would grab him. Also get a better backup behind the plate if you get him.

I'd like to see more slugging in the OF. Bay is out there but most likely he'll be gone by the time it gets to you.

It appears as though there are still some really good bats out there. Some guys will need a platoon though. You've got a few LH's in your division and Mench would be a nice fit for your park. Sheff as well.
