Yet another Finals loss last night, another game 7 as well.

Now 14-17 in finals appearances.

I'm not complaining, 31 finals in 91 completed teams is great, but it is a bit frustrating, to say the least.

4 times I've lost after being up 3-0 and two other times after being up 3-1 after day two.

Sure am glad the beer here is so good!

Didn't I warn you about the Strat Gods when you bragged several months back about your invincibility in the playoffs?

I wouldn't worry, you're a great manager and sooner or later you'll get back to winning most of them again.

yes, it's true. I spat in the face of the Strat Gods and paid the price.

Still, 14 straight wins in Finals appearances was worth mentioning, don'tcha think? :wink:

Don't frak with the Gods of Strat. I made some off-handed comment, off the boards, to Hack Wilson yesterday that may have been construed as laughing in the face of the Strat Gods. Lo, and Ol' Pete suffered a game 7 defeat at the hands of...Dave McNally.

You must have a sacrifice. Create a team that has absolutely no chance of winning. Then let me know what league you're going to be in.
