I kind of like the $3mil and less hitters and everyone plays at Coors. Usually, sub-$3mil hitters can't field worth a crap so it gives the sub-hitters a real chance to put up some numbers they normally wouldn't. Of course, guys would load up on pitching with all the extra cash. We should do a $60mil league and no pitchers over $5Mil in this same league.

If you lower the salary cap doesn't that defeat the purpose of placing a cap on hitter's salaries?

OK. That does it. I have the answer:

*All teams play in Coors
*No team can have a pitcher who is more than $3Mil
*All batters are eligible to play, however, at least 6 of the 8 fielders must be a fielding of 3 or worse in your starting lineup.

Why not make it a whole lot easier. Step 1--Lotto for Ballpark//the next nite Lotto for draft.. 4 round draft....Each manager picks two pitching staffs and two hitting teams..Here is the twist...The East is at Coors---Central at Petco---West at Turner (or where ever). No trades and no free agents..You simply have two pitching staffs and two hitting teams at your disposal ONLY for the whole year..all other teams and players are eliminated and may not be used. (06')
