AT,

I've got Suzuki batting 7th currently, but if he doesn't pick it up, he'll certainly fall to the 8 pr 9 spot.

After 9 games he's barely batting .200

I am also 4-5. Already, I am 3-3 in one-run games. This is going to be one nail-biter of a season...

Also, this is only my 3rd SOM team. So, please be kind...

This is only my 4th 2006 team, so you've got about as much 06 experience as I do ... ;)

Well...as for my sputtering start:

You see being the mad genious addicted to sun-tzu's "The art of war" and "the portable Terry Bradshaw's winning techniques" I am trying the psyche-out approach:

By having such an abysmal start I get you guys to play overconfident against my weaklings...err, team. THEN you'll be at the mercy of my unforgettable might!!!

Hargh, hargh, hargh!!!

My Moneyballers shall rule

Nah, honestly...I WILL rule  j/k

(Did you like my pirate laugh? I think I still have to work on it a bit)

A sweep at home in our first series at home is always a good sign. Team is actually playing better without K. Lofton in the lineup hehe.

Injury Bug has reared it's head early.

Ramirez will miss 11 of my first 18 games after being hit twice, and Perez is missing 15 of my first 20.

Please stop plunking poor Aramis when you play me. He's obviously very fragile.

Note to self: when playing skns, remember to carry my portable-sticky-all-weather-bullseye-targets, they go right up against Aramis' joints (any will do)

Well my offense just exploded last night - hopefully we can keep it up for a couple more series at least - if we want to have any shot at the Wild Card.

Am a little disappointed at how my team played, but I probably should have gone with slightly better pitching!
