Well, if we really wanna test for "injury bugs", let's run a test ...

Take 3 similar players. I propose Ty Cobb, Eddie Mathews and Gary Carter. All 3 are similar injury risks and all are players that are generally taken in every league. Let's have everyone who's interested and has these players on their teams post their injuries each night. Then we can look for oddities, tendencies and patterns or lack thereof.

There are players who get hurt all the time during a season . Add Ennis to the list of Cobb , Mathews,and Carter. Another factor that goes into the thinking is when injuries happen . I have Simmons on alot of my teams and he always seems to go down late in the season in pivotal series . Same with Aaron . Always in the last 10 days when you need them most .

Funny ,both of them (Simmons & Aaron ) are out for 3 games late in the season for me right now .
