Added to the motion: If you want to pick up TWO players, you have to wait your turn. IOW the guy with the worst record gets the first pick and the 13th pick.

Here's my proposal for player selection. Every Sunday night, I'll copy the standings to this space. Then the bottom player will get first pick and the top player will get last pick, ties to be decided by run differential. You'll fill in your moves and add your players during the day. So it would look like:
