I'm not sure whether all of these states have a pick 3 on Sunday, so I will just declare it that we are using MONDAY evening lotto numbers. I will get the results and if you are up late and you happen to be #1 or #2, you can pick as soon as the results are in. But generally, lets count on a Tuesday start. No time limit in this draft.

ado_jake, please read through some of the earlier posts in this thread to get an idea of the rules we have been using in this theme. Well, actually, there isn't too much content in the early posts.

It's 100 mil, NO DH, you will draft two complete teams and may use any or all of those players to make your best team. No trading between teams during the season. No picking up any players from the undrafted teams or unused players from other teams. Stadium must be one of your two drafted teams.
