Got back much earlier than expected, so I can join the fray soon.

Sknsfan - you may bid on as many players you'd like to as long as you have the $$...the 4-6 is simply how many players you will "open" per day.

yes you are wrong. you can have as many open as you want (as long as its under 160M). you [b:e614628f79]MUST [/b:e614628f79]open 4-6 bids each morning before you can begin bidding.

i thought we were doing gentlemans rule of not bumping by baby amounts? like half of my bids just got bumped by 1M???
are we back to baby bids, or are we doing the gentlemans rule?

When you start w/ a baby bid you get baby bumped.

....but once the factors reach at least 1.0.....then things start to slow down.

....now I have no more money, someone bail me out so I can have some more fun !

I have to open 4 each day before I can bid on anyone else?

What if everyone I am intersted in is already opened? (They're not currently, but they will be in a few days, i'm sure.)

You only are required to open 4 players per day - every day - until you hold (either WON or are bidding on) 25 players.

....once you reach that point then you don't have to open anyone....unless you get outbid and fall below 25.

The fact you don't like anyone else is, honestly, not true. When you are DONE with this auction you MUST have a TSN autodraft ready team.

Thus, you need:

A) 10 pitchers - 4 pure RP's and 5 SP's + 1 Closer
B) 15 hitters - including 2 catchers
...and
C) all fitting under the $80 mil TSN Cap.

You are going to need $0.50 hitters, I would assume, or else you get hit with the PENALTY (which I assume is being instituted) and that is if you get to you max 33 players and can NOT field a team then you lose your top 2 TSN $ players back into the draft and must re-bid on OTHER players.

FYI to all newbies....after this auction is over you can CUT players and use those $'s to re-bid on OTHER players...but you can NOT buy back players you dropped.

Normally this second phase is AFTER the autodraft but BEFORE the season starts....and the clock is generally only 6 hrs.
