I'm thinking penn's site will not allow us to implement a 2 minute limit. I'll play with it and see what I can do.

if not, you can always set the minimal timer and the administrator can skip the pick (if it goes over 2 minutes) is need be...

Nice thought, but only the person making a pick can skip a pick. The administrator cannot do that.
Actually, I determined that we can go with a 6 minute clock or we can have no clock.
I think we should go with a 6 minute clock. If we cannot get through 16 rounds, we can reset the clock and slow pick the rest of the way (which would only be a round or two at the most, anyway).

We picked an arbitrary date in advance so people could sign up knowing when it was. That is all on page 1 of this thread. I chose next weekend because I'm not available this coming weekend or two weeks after it. If you really need to draft this weekend and that is the consensus, go for it. But I'll need to be replaced.
