Kinda depends on what you need.

Teix gives you great D, a little better balance, + clutch, better speed and a 3 game injury max while Clark gives you alot of TB's especially vs. RH's and natural HR's.

Clark can go down for 15 games though...

I would say Clark easily. His card is one of the best values in the deck IMO.

When I've had Clark I have also had JT Snow as his backup. It is a great combo and has worked tremendously for me. JT has done so well that I would deffinately look for him in a 60m league. 8)

Okay, the cat is totally out of the bag on Clark. He's leading one of my leagues in HR playing in PETCO, for Crissakes. A unique talent, one of the gems of the 2006 deck...

That said, isn't it a relative waste of payroll to play a guy with so many natural HRs in a HR park? Why not maximize value and play to the strength of your park by seeking BPHR guys who'd chump out in pitchers' parks?

I agree but also disagree,

Natural homers might not be such a good thing at Coors, but I still have to play 81 games on the road, and that would be a nice thing to have.

PD, that's a good point. One of the real challenges as a GM in this game is deciding how far you want to go when contouring your team to your park. [/i]

after over 200 AB's Clark was hitting under .200 with less than 10 dingers for me in Safeco. Very disappointed and ended up dumping him because no team would make an offer for him. I guess they looked at his stats instead of the card and decided they didnt want him. I tried to trade him on two different occassions without any takers so I ended up dropping him. I am glad because Ryan Howard is doing what Clark should have been doing. Hit .280 with power.
