Andruw Jones = 139AB, .281, 4HR ?

Wondering if anybody else is having this sort of season with Mr. Jones.
I am very tempted to dump him but as soon as I do - he'll go on a rampage...

I have him on two teams in Fenway and Minute Maid. About .250 on both, but either leading or very close to the top in HR's. Leading both teams in RBI's, but he's batting in the sweet spot for this on both teams.

Was hoping for something in the .240-.250 range but not too far off from expectations.

I would NOT dump him, Tony. His HR total is certainly low (I'm wondering what the road parks are in your division), but that HR tally will improve over time considering your home park. In the meantime, think of the runs he's saved you thus far. That CF 1 and his arm are key to the success of your pitching staff. Don't underestimate their value. No way could you cut him and bring in someone of equal or better value.

That said, his card is pretty underwhelming considering the year he had. I'm guessing he's producing very Dave Kingman like numbers for people -- .229 BA, 48 HR, 87 RBI. That kind of thing. Even in the hitters' parks. I'd be interested in seeing more people post their season totals for 2006 AJ.
