here is my recollection of standard auction rules:
of the 31+ players you you buy on the auction, you must be able to fill autodraft card (2 catchers, 5 starters, 80M etc.)
Of the players not on your AD card, you continue to own the rights to those players FOR SO LONG AS YOU OWN THEM ON THE AUCTION SITE.
after AD is run, you may NOT own player on TSN team site unless you also own him on auction site. If you place bid on a free agent on auction site, you cant add him to TSN roster until ownership clears on the site. thus you have to manage the 10PM EST gane start time accordingly. for example, you need a spot starter for Shea.....and a desirable LHP is available. you can't put him on active TSN Roster until you prevail as high bidder on the auction site
PLAYERS CAN BE ADDED/DROPPED ON AUCTION SITE. to be added to your team, a FA must be purchased on auction site which means you may have to drop someone and then have enough cash to outbid others on auction site. this means opposing managers can block your FA pick-up.
I believe the clock on FA's is less than 24 hours. 12????
