Where is everyone from?

The City I was describing is Bridgeport, CT - Lovingly referred to by Paul Newman (when he was maiking "Man in the Moon Marigolds" with his wife) as "The armpit of New England." It is actually much more like the part where everything is eliminated - but I think he was trying bto be kind.

After living in LA in the early to mid 80's, I moved 1st to the Sedona/Flagstaff area for 4 yrs before spending a yeaqr in CT when my Dad had cancer, then moved to Phoenix, AZ a couple of weeks prior to Operation Desert Storm - where I have resided ever since.

Raised in Pittsfield MA, home of probably the worst hitting full time SS in the history of the game, Mark Belanger. Off to college in Providence, RI, met a lass who would become my wife, and after a few years of living in Southeastern MA, and since 84 (yes I'm old), have lived in Coventry, RI. We don't have Las Vegas here, but we are 30 minutes from Foxwoods Casino, which eases my gambling itch quite a bit.

And no!!! Not everyone in RI is in the mob!!!

Lincoln, Nebraska here, home of the #3 Husker baseball team.

I've been very fortunate and have been able to travel quite a bit. Currently manage all of our East Coast account and get to spend a week in NYC about once a month.

Summer vacation plans are extended weekends on these trips so I can get to Fenway, Camden and of course my first trip to Citizens.

Bit of trivia - besides a two team league this is the first league where my team name was not Philly Phanatics.

As for me, myself, and I? All three of us reside in the great lakes state of Michigan. Born and raised here and still residing here, not counting a three year stint as an OTR trucker.

Trust me Rob, if I lived any closer, me and you would be hitting every strip joint around! LOL!

I am walking distance to 3 of them...But one just had to close because they're putting in a light rail system in that goes across this enormous city to cut down on smog and traffic and one of the terminals is gping to be right where my favorite joint was - I was a regular who frequented there for over 15 yrs. I have actually dated at least 15 of the girls before I got married. now I bring my wife in sometime and they are all over her. Its way more of a treat to watch her get all the dances.... :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :lol: :D :wink: Lucky me. R

J, my Mom used to frequent that casino at least twice a month when she was alive...

Stoney, I am a huge Husker football fan going back to the days of Tom Osborne - You'll even see their LOGO on my Strat mailbox if you ever visit there.

And yes, Ty sounds like we have plenty in common and I am looking forward to getting as many of this LOTO group together after the Tour is over.

Rob, I get up to Norwalk every couple of months to see a customer. We'll have to hook up for a beer or two.

But I am expecting to be in Fairfield County for my daughter's graduation from Bethel High on Friday June 23rd. If I know you'll be back in the tristate area between that Wed and Sunday, I will definitely try too hook up. I don't know how many of you have ever met other STrat players before, but is a lot of fun putting the name and faces together.

I have had CATom and his wife over for dinner before and have gone to dinner and ballgames with Kaviksdad during Spring training here in Phoenix and have also met with ETdefender and Sandlot shrink at my home and in Tucson and it is great fun. But either Phoenix, Las Vegas or someplace like Tahoe or maybe even Reno would be a lot of fun.

I actually stayed overnight in Lincoln, NE once when I drove across country. Very cute and wholesome girls there.

owned and operated by a couple of people from Lincoln, so it is a great place to watch College football - especially the Oklahoma game. The 2 NCAA colleges i dislike are the Miami and Oklahoma programs - Obvious if you're a Huskerf fan.

I'm Massachusetts born and still planted right here. As you can guess my most of my team names the tiny speck of a town is called Ashby, how small ? Not a single traffic light, and we don't have a bank !! I'm about 40 miles West of Boston right on the New Hampshire Border.
I've been married for 11 years, I'll be 42 in July. I've got an 8 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. My son is begging for me to let him run just one team this summer on his own !! He loves #'s and stats, and he is constantly looking over my shoulder when I'm checking out all my teams' progress. I bought the CD Rom game and the board game so that he could play for "free".
My wife sometimes flys out to Flagstaff Arizona for business. We've talked about sometime bringing the whole family out there and make a vacation out of it.
Please include me in any of those strip joint field trips !! I love going, but usually only get free time about twice a year !! Robert, you lucky bum !! Having your wife go to a Strip Club with you is just the best. My wife has said she'd go with me too, but we haven't got around to it yet. I'd like it to be a "semi-classy" type place and not the dumps I tend to go to with my buddies !! :?

I can't wait for the LOTO to start, I'm really looking forward to it. This group you've assembled and allowed me to be a part of are a blast !!
