Speaking to PJ's post, I ALWAYS reply to trade offers, even those I am not remotely interested in. Just seems like good manners. Besides, even if the trade is a NO WAY for you, why slam the door in someone's face? Later on in the season, you may WANT to make a deal with that same owner. And, so many of us play against the same owners in multiple leagues, it seems wise to keep detente at positive levels. Again, I love to trade. The best trades are when both owners get something they want/need. I don't have problems giving up a beloved player, AS LONG as the deal is addressing a team need I have. However, I have to say, I am amazed at the number of (IMO) one way deals thrown my way. When I am offered Lamp for Konstanty, or Luderus for Chance, straight up, in pre-season, I wonder WHAT the offerer thinks I am getting out of the deal, other than cash? Still, I respond courteously. Maybe they've seen my post-season record and figure I am a sucker waiting to be hooked. :)
