Our historical single season sets

Any pick 4's we will use the first three digits. In case of a tie I will use Wed evening pic 3 for the tie breaker. High to low.

Big, I had already planned on it. I would like a couple of other Admins also. Please let me know if you are expierenced on Penns site and would like those rights. Also things like log in names or needing a log in or wanting admin rights please cut and paste to the list above this one so I don't have to go searching through the thread. Thanks

Hey TRich, you've had a few questions regarding the rules (salary cap, rosters in the 2nd - winners- league, divisional allignment, etc.)

This would be a great time for you to clarify how we'll proceed. :D

I can also help with administerring the draft if you need it.

I don't mind the 60mil Idea that was proposed but I personnally feel it isn't needed. It is very unlikely that anyone will exceed 60mil and more likely that someone worrying about cap will end up way below because of that worry. Because of that there is no cap and it will be set up as a 200 mil league. The League/Divisional alignment for the 1st two Leagues is posted in the 1st post of this thread I will repost that next. The rosters for the finals league will be the same that you end the 1st league with. Divisional alighnments for the finals league will be done via a new lottery. No trading during the draft due to some unbearable delays during trade negotions in the past but trading is allowed after the draft and in the finals league. If a trade is deemed terribly lopsided by a overwhelming majority it must be reversed. Unless I am involved I will have final say however everyone will have input and I am very unlikely to go against the majority. The only F/A's that will be available are the non- Live drafted players. They will be horrendous as will our last few draft picks.

Re Post From original sign-up/Divisional LG assignments

Postby T.Richardson » Thu Sep 29, 2005 11:30 am

24 managers will compete in one live draft and two leagues with the playoff teams and two best recorded non-playoff teams from each league meeting in a finals league. We will live draft a complete 25 man roster and a stadium (Yes there are enough players 15 pitchers will be undrafted and 18 hitters). We will use a lottery for draft order and leagues/divisions. LG 1 E 1,12,13,24 LG 2 E 2,11,14,23 LG 1 C 4,9,16,21 LG 2 C 3,10,15,22 LG 1 W 5,8,17,20 LG 2 W 6,7,18,19 This draft will have a 4 hour clock during the week once the first rd is complete. NO TRADING DURING THE DRAFT. No clock on weekends. It will be a very long draft be prepared use proxys. Due to the size of the league you may use afternoon lotterys. If you wish to just denote it when you sign up.
